What’s On In Cape Town Over Easter
Easter is upon us and we all know this is going to be a 4 day work week. Yeeehhaaaa! Most people will be going away but for those of you who don’t have any plans yet I suggest you keep reading.

Pitbull is in the house! Get your apple bottom jeans on ’cause this show will blow you away. Legendary US rapper, Pitbull is coming to the CTICC on the 24th April 2011. DO NOT MISS THIS! You know you want to. Tickets are available at Computicket and they range from R300-R1500. Get your ticket here.
Lady Lea will be at Trinity on Saturday April 23rd so get your money and your ass to Green Point on Saturday. It’s only R80 entrance so you have no excuse.

The Bistro Garden Family Restaurant will be hosting an Easter weekend special. You can go sit and enjoy a cuppa or a glass of wine while the kids are entertained in the play area. There is child minder, entrance is free so you can just relax all the way to Easter.
Bloemendal Wine Estate, in Durbanville, will be hosting its 5th annual Oyster and Champagne festival on, Easter weekend.
20 000 West coast oysters, French champagne and entertainment.What more could you want? Festival goers will be entertained by fourteen live bands, kid’s entertainment, celebrity chefs, food stalls and bar facilities. Live bands: Jesse Jordan Band, Boulevard Blues, Ryno Velvet, The Studerbakers, Gian Groen, The Stremes and lots more. Entrance is R70 per person and kids go free.

Obviouzly Armchair Backpackers & Pub is the funky, newly refurbished red building in the heart of bohemian Observatory with its buzzing nightlife. Every Sunday night they bring you local and International comedians. Why don’t you head down ther efor a meal, a few drinks and some laughs?
