Nifty IOL Advert Prevents Freedom Of Choice

I don’t know how to replicate it, but today I saw a rather interesting advert on the www.iol.co.za website.

Basically it freezes your screen, your cursor won’t work and it moves across the screen under its own steam, then the screen greys out, before a message in the middle of the screen saying something like…

“Now you know how it felt for millions of South Africans before April 27th 1994, to have had the freedom of choice dictated to them. Happy Freedom day”

I like it, very nifty, and kudos to the creative team.
